Project Coordinator - Cdbg-Dr | R3 Program

Descripción del Empleo:
Project Coordinators shall assist the Construction Managers (Gerente de Construccion) for R3 Program / CDBG-DR initiatives in organizing the ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner for the assigned construction projects.
Requisitos:
Academic - Bachelor degree in business, engineering or related field of study;
Experience - minimum 5 yrs in the construction industry; knowledge in site improvement and general construction (residential);
Fully bi-lingual (both written & verbal);
Technical Skills – highly proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project and other PM software; understanding of construction drawings and specifications; technical writing skills
General Management – leadership, sound judgement, team player, follow communication protocols, excellent communication skills, multi-tasking (work on multiple projects simultaneously)
