Project Engineer

Descripción del Empleo:
· Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned projects
· Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
· Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and apply them in the field.
· Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report daily of weekly on project status.
· Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
· To attend two weekly with installation leaders and full company SRH.
· To follow metrics to improve installation process.
· To deliver commissioning and Starts Up document regrets recluding photos, electrical test, and all task required to ensure 100% of project completive and client acceptance.
Requisitos:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering.
· 3+ years’ experience commercial or utility solar project design and/or installation.
· Office
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
· Entrepreneurial mindset and passion about solar energy and sustainability
· Level on English.
· Two experiences on management and/or decanting subcontractors, field employees.
· Experience with supplies and client treatment.
