General Description 13; The Project Management Development Program is a 12:weeks accelerated program, designed to provide an enhanced learning experience to develop project management professionals, capable of leading project teams and manage project scope, schedule, costs, risks, stakeholders, communications and quality. Participants will gain exposure to core operations, interact with executive leaders and receive frequent feedback regarding their development progress.
Throughout this program, the candidate will enhance his/her leadership, planning and communication skills. Will gain exposure to core operations, interact with executive leaders and receive frequent feedback regarding their development progress.
All this while establishing a Project Management mindset.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
During project initiating process

: Understand project business need and project charter
: Conduct project kickoff meeting
: Identify stakeholders needs and expectations
: Define the project development approach based on project characteristics
: Develop project management plan based on project development approach
During the project executing, monitoring and controlling
, the participant will:
: Implement project management plan according project development approach
: Develop and manage project team, communications, quality, risks, stakeholders, procurement.
: Prepare work performance reports according project development approach
: Coordinate the evaluation of change requests according project development approach
: Manage project knowledge according project development approach
During the project closing
, the participant will:
: Prepare final report
: Archive the project documentation updates
: Update project records for archiving
: Coordinate the delivery of the final product, service, or result transition
: Organize the process assets updates
Minimum Education 13;
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Psychology
Earn a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better
Experience 13;
Relevant internship experiences in their educational field
Solid experience in leadership positions within students organizations and/or leading community and service initiatives
Involvement in extracurricular activities (e.g. mentoring, tutoring, volunteer work)
Experience in performing projects without project management formal education
