Project Manager

Descripción del Empleo:
We are looking for a Project Superintendent for the Guaynabo area for a construction company.
•Ensure that that construction meets government regulatory and code requirements, customer requirements , contract requirements, contract technical specifications, contract drawings, approved contract submittals, and company quality standards and specifications.
•Ensured that projects and designs followed corresponding design and safety standards. •Reviewed and interpretation of federal government specifications for submittal preparation.
•Performed safety inspections, close-out project inspection and punch list preparation. •Procurement for subcontractors, material take-off, estimates and change orders preparation.
•Assist Project Manager with meetings with COR and meeting minutes preparation. •Develop project schedules and resources control.
•Site safety and OSHA compliance inspections.
Requisitos:
•Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
•At least 5 years’ experience in supervising construction projects
•30 OSHA hours Certification
•Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certification - nice to have not require
• Fully-bilingual
