This role has accountability for the overall management and execution of large, multi-organizational, strategic programs. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong experience leading both programs and projects. This position directly influences cross-organizational teams and will require interaction with senior level management. Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast pace and changing environment. Key responsibilities and/or skills sets may include:

Ownership and updates of the Program Plan including strategies for Communications, Risk, Budget, Resource, Quality and Integration Management
Drive program improvement recommendations and strategy adjustments
Strong team-building and effective leadership of teams in a matrix environment
Driving resolution of all issues and jeopardies impacting the Program
Metrics.
Requisitos:
Experience: Call Center Management: 1 year (Preferred) Education:

Bachelor's (Required)
