Project Manager

The candidate will be providing support to a number of different PMO projects. This resource will be working within the IT Project Management team with minimal supervision from upper management and will be required to turn end-user requirements into technical documentation and ultimately IT solutions. Must provide support to upper management and Project Managers regarding documentation, meeting coordination, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities
· Proven ability to lead or support the Project Team controlling the day to day aspects of the projects.
· Support Project Managers in the development of information technology projects and during the project execution to ensure adherence to schedule and scope (tracking project expenses, reviewing and processing monthly field reports, preparing and/or analyzing quarterly financial reports and assisting in budget preparations).
· Establish and confirm guidelines applicable to the project, ensuring the timely activity, integration, productivity and efficient use of resources.
· Serve as Liaison with project's sponsor, customers and respective stakeholders facilitating communication as established to all involved with the communication plan.
· Facilitate follow-up on Project Managers for Project Plan updates including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, in Requirements
Education
· Bachelor Degree in Business or Engineering
Must
o Knowledge with Microsoft Project
o Knowledge and formal training for the PMP Methodology and Certification
o 4 Years + Experience
