Project Manager (Pharmaceuitical Experience)

Descripción del Empleo:
Knowledge in project management, including use of tools (Microsoft project).
Lean Construction and/or Lean Principles knowledge (i.e. 7 Wastes)
Knowledge in OSHA construction regulations and requirements.
Project consist in replacement of existing roof membrane systems of different buildings at the AML site. Previous experience in roof replacement project or similar is a plus.

Most of the time will work from 7:00am to 7:00pm. But will required working extended hours (10 hours/day, and Saturdays). Working during weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) or some extra time is expected during the week days. Resource needs to be flexible to be able to work either from 7:00am to 4:00pm, or to arrive later during the day (i.e. 12:00pm to cover project close out activities of the day, that may end at 7:00-9:00pm in some occasions or as required by the operations.
Requisitos:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Project Management experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of Project Management experience OR Bachelor’s degree or and 6 years of directly Project Management/Engineering (Civil or Mechanical engineer prefer).
