Lead risk assessment for quality issues/deviations/claims in assigned project Ensure continuity between functional analysis, FMEAs, list of critical and special product and process characteristics, control plan, work and inspection instructions in assigned project. Supervise, define scope and approve process and measurement system capability studies (internal and at vendors). Create Control Plan, maintain until launch and handover to Plant Quality. Create inspection instructions and train operators/inspectors

Scope:projects for transfer or extension of manufacturing, for quality breakthrough initiatives, for new technologies/equipment/capabilities/products, for harmonization between FMT Plants. Local representative of Global Quality FMT on site.

Key topics / missions:core team member responsible for all quality assurance deliverables in operational projects for capacity increase and manufacturing extensions in Plant Yauco (e.g. implementation of final release process, internalization of lab activities, implementation and validation of a new technology...); leader or strong contributor to harmonization projects between all FMT Plants, support application of all FMT quality standards in Plant; support solving of quality and engineering issues at launch.
