Job Description We are seeking a Passenger Service Agent/ Ramp Agent/ Cleaning Agent to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities Ramp Agents: Marshalling Loading and Unloading of Cargo, Mail and Baggage. Lavatory Services Potable Water Service Cabin Cleaning Towing and pushback Load Control, Communications & Flight Operations Rental of ground service equipment Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ?
