Real Estate Assistant (Runner) - Full Time

Descripción del Empleo:
We are looking for a superstar, able to be on the road and support our Real Estate team. A “roadie” or “runner” blended with an assistant would be a good description. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, a reliable car and be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. The main job is assisting our real estate team on the road by purchasing and delivering supplies, picking up and dropping off items last minute and able to be on a property at any given time to receive and supervise service providers. This job is very easy, but specific, if you do not like following instructions, this is not the job for you.
Requisitos:
-Available to start immediately -Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
-Must own a car, in good condition (reliable)
-Able to follow thru with specific tasks with attention to detail
-Awesome communication skills (written and in person) and openness, as you will be constantly interacting with our team and sometimes property owners.
-Reliable and able to communicate with ease when problems arise
-Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
-Previous experience in customer service or administration is a plus
-AD or BA in any field is required
