Real Estate Broker

Descripción del Empleo:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, real estate licensed to join our team! The main job is to help us get our sales/rental operation off the ground by helping our clients find the right property for them and their families. He or she will be working hand in hand with our Operation manager to sell/rent.

Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions within our portfolio that suit them.

· Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.

· Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors and hand in hand with your team and supervisor.
Requisitos:
THE QUALIFICATIONS · Welcoming, friendly and detail oriented
· Knowledgeable of the real estate market and best practices
· Awesome communication skills (written and in person) and openness, as you will be constantly interacting with our clients, partners and property owners
· Reliable and able to communicate with ease when problems arise
· Mindful of tasks, organized and self-starting
· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests at once
· Knowledge of CRM software is a plus, but not required
· Believe in team work

Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
· Organization-savvy, good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Available to work weekends and holidays when needed
Real Estate license
· Previous experience in the field or property administration is a plus
· Car and insurance is a must
· BA in any field is required
