The receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk by greeting all persons that come through the front door and acting as an operator directing incoming calls during open office hours. The person occupying this position must be professional, organized, and knowledgeable of the inner workings of the company.
Duties:
All those tasks assigned by the Office Manager and / or the President of the company, in terms of receptionist and / or assistant.
Permanent support and communication with the Office Manager and / or the President of the company.
Comply with the specified shift. Punctuality and responsibility.
Personally perform the duties of the position.
Carry out the work with care, courtesy, dedication and efficiency, contributing to the realization of the company's objectives.
Fulfill the orders given by the direct supervisor.

Requirements:
Domain of record and file systems
Computer domain - minimum: Microsoft Word program, Excel, etc.
Spoken and written command of the English and Spanish languages
Must be able to work in a team.
Interpersonal skills.
Communication (oral and written) and clear expression
Control in unforeseen situations
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be able to handle assigned priorities
Ability to identify and solve problems.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an assistant and / or receptionist
