Receptionist

Descripción del Empleo:
Supervises patient's service area. Answer phone calls professionally and greets patients cordially.
Completes all necessary documents required to process the patient's visit, obtaining signatures and information.
Assures that the patient's file is complete.
Maintains confidentiality according to HIPAA law.
Processes payments and follows up on appointments.
Provide support to the investigation process of the office.
Work alongside the Administration in all patient related services and activities.
Requisitos:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Systems or related field - Completed
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in medical or aesthetic industry. Knowledge of ProClaims (preferably), Asertus or Immediate System
