Responsible for the development and execution of recruiting plans. Responsible for gathering, identifying and analyzing recruiting program issues ensuring that programs function effectively and effectively. Make recommendations to correct deficient program issues. Participate in recruiting activities in pre-selected areas in an effort to increase public awareness of the ROTC program. Travel Required 50% or less - Business travel may be required up to 30% of the time. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Change Management Problem Solving Product Evaluation Writing Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09). Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you may qualify if your education meets the definitions below: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree LL.M., if related to the position being filled (TRANSCRIPTS MUST BE ATTACHED).
