Overview Provide competent care to patient population in accordance with professional standards and within realm of personal knowledge and expertise, assuming responsibility and accountability for patient care, staff and regional site.

Job Summary

- Assumes Responsibility and Accountability for staff and patient care at regional site
- Model the Performance Standards and monitor/ensure employees compliance with Performance Standards
- Maintain consistent communication with the Regional Team (Nursing, Radiology and Department heads)
- Daily assessment of balanced workload and strength of clinical team
- Ensure team approach in all aspects of of patient care and delivery
- Identify performance/service failures and Follow Up appropriately
- Willingness to reduce patient wait times and help in times of excess patient volume/acuity
- Address equipment maintenance immediately
- Continually monitor activities of staff
- Continual review of all staffing needs
- Create staff schedule, maintain Kronos and payroll approval for staff
- Other jobs and duties assigned

- Select and oversee regional provider staff
- Participate in applicant interviews
- Oversee the orientation process
- Oversee annual competency education

Qualifications
Minimum 4 years experience as an advanced practitioner.
