Shell is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Latin America to lead a team to deliver top line and market share growth by leveraging the Marco Distributor (MD) model in 20 countries across Central America and the Caribbean. This is not a typical sales role it requires a strong understanding of Distributor Management, strategic leadership skills and anability to deliver through others. Accountabilities: Manage the assigned Distributor Accounts. Act as the Project Lead for assigned Portfolio Projects and MD re-organisations in the region. Build and Develop relationships with Internal and External stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation. Key Activities: Manage the Macro Distributor relationship to ensure focus and delivery against agreed business plans to drive Shell Lubricants growth. Ensure Shell Contract management standards are adhered to and MD contracts are implemented in letter and spirit. Provide robust sales leadership to the Distributor Account Management Team through regular performance feedback, coaching and implementation of sales processes to drive business growth. Lead and establish best practice for Key Account Management within own sales team and through Macro Distributors. Track MD performance against agreed KPI's and business plan implementation. Engage with Key stakeholders and interfaces to ensure smooth implementation and continuity for the business model. Ensure Call Plans and MD Business Reviews are well organized and in Salesforce. Grow premium lubricants penetration in the region Develop defense strategies to retain large accounts with contracts that come up for renewal. Maintain Sales 1st Flagship status through rigorous adherence to coaching standards, sales practices and Salesforce utilization Bring "Technological Leadership" to life in the region through the successful launch of new premium products and clear communication of the Shell CVP and technical superiority. Operate within agreed Authority levels and adhere to MoA and PMF SDL2017
