Registered Nurse – (Bsn)

Descripción del Empleo:
A Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/ Nursing Supervisor. Provide services to patients in the following cities: Aguadilla, Isabela, Aguada, Moca, San Sebastián, Rincón, Añasco, Las Marías, Mayagüez, Maricao, San Germán, Sabana Grande, Cabo Rojo y Lajas.

Requisitos:
1. Bachelor Degree in Nursing Sciences. Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
2. Two (2) years nursing experience, preferred.
3. Acceptance of philosophy and goals of CMS Home Care
4. Ability of excercise initiative and independent judgment
5. Attention to detail and educator skills
6. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
7. Excellent Problem analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills
8. Good Planning and organizing skills. Teamwork skills
9. Health Certificate (less than 6 months); Negative Certificate of No Penal Records, Valid Driver’s License, Automobile Register, Autmobile in good condition
10. Diploma (BSN), Professional License, Professional Registered, Professional Association, Varicella Vaccine, HepB Vaccine, Flu Vaccine, CPR/BLS and Law 300 Register (Sexual Offenders)
