-Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that patient's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, center policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines. This RN position is a staff position that has direct care responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for nursing assistants. Educational Requirements

Currently holds a RN license in this state or (Waiver) Out of State professional nurses with an active license in good standing in any United States jurisdiction are hereby authorize to provide healthcare in Delaware.

Position Requirements

One year prior nursing experience preferred.

Part Time: 7% Sign on Bonus-Paid out quarterly installments for maximumofup to oneyear, less appropriate taxes, (90 days, 180 days, 270 days, and 360 days)
