Registration Associate

Job Description Registration Associate Is responsible for the day to day work between customer, dealers and the Puerto Rico Department of Transportation and Public Work (DTOP) related to the liens filing and other DTOP related transactions including investigations. Requirements Requirements: -Associate Degree or DTOP agent licence -Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position -Must have a solid understanding of applicable federal and state regulations regarding collections -Preferably, have a comprehensive knowledge of DTOP rules and procedures -Proficient in MS Office -Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish -Good Mathematical Skills Why Kelly ® ?
