Founded close to a decade ago, we specialize in making recycling accessible to everyone. We are on track to provide recycling for 1 million households within the next 5 years! Our platform leverages technology and local communities to bring recycling to communities that normally wouldn't have access to it. In the US 34 million homes, and another 16 million apartment units, lack access to convenient affordable recycling. Our mission is to bring easy recycling to these homes through our peer to peer model and technology that allows us to easily expand to even the most remote locations. Due to growth, we are looking for a Remote Software Engineer who can help us design, build, and deploy applications that will power the next generation of recycling. Job Details

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of front and backend services used by millions of users.
- Build new features and functionality to our existing platform
- API development

Requirements:
- BSCS or equivalent degree or exp.

You should know some, if not all of the following:

- React and/or React Native
- AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, EC2, Fargate)
- Serverless
- REST APIs, GraphQL APIs
- Node
- Typescript
- Docker/Kubernetes
- Microservice architectures
- Unit and integration testing
