Rent Collector

Descripción del Empleo:
Company leader in the administration of Public Housing is seeking for a Rent Collector.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in the collection of the residents rents, as well as the collection of any another debt that the resident could have.
• Visit personally the residents to request them to visit the Administration Office of the public housing to pay the debt, or to part, according to the case.
• Provide orientation to residents for payment plans.
• Create reports as requested.
• Shall perform any other task related with the position as may be required.
