Rent Collector

Descripción del Empleo:
Company leader in the administration of Public Housing is seeking for a Rent Collector.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in the collection of the residents rents, as well as the
collection of any another debt that the resident could have.
• Visit personally the residents to request them to visit the Administration Office of the
public housing to pay the debt, or to part, according to the case.
• Provide orientation to residents for payment plans.
• Create reports as requested.
• Shall perform any other task related with the position as may be required
Requisitos:
Requirements: • Bachelor Degree or associate degree in Business Administration- Major in Accountant.
• Active Driver License
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Prepare monthly reports as: Negative Rent and Debt.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a similar position.
• Must be able to work in the Metropolitan area.
