Retail/ Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: Maintaining and increasing sales and margin of your company's assigned area
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Servicing the needs of your existing customers
Increasing businessopportunities throughnew sites / customers
Allocating sales targets for each dealer of your assigned area.
Implementing sales and marketing strategies of the company.
Monitoring your sites performance and motivating dealers to reach or exceed their individual targets?
Develops a referral network to assist in increasing the client base
Assist in implementing, sustaining, and developing quality process improvements that focus on efficiency, financials sustainability, better operating practices, and customer service.
Partner with store management to execute successful, mini-mart client-driven merchandising plans.?
Requisitos:
Qualifications/Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing?
Proven working experience 5 years +, in a similar role
Working knowledge of business technologies, processes, merchandising, marketing within a retail operation
Knowledge of computer graphic design software
A strong understanding of key retailers, go-to-market strategies and tactics
Must have MS Excel (Pivot tables), Word and Outlook skills.
Ability to read, analyze, interpret, common technical and financial reports.
Able to work nights, weekend and flexible hours
Valid driver
