You'll be a fit for this job if you have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
· 5 years of related experience.
· Bilingual: Spanish/ English.
· Risk management and/ or risk assessment’s planning and facilitation previous experience.
In this position you'll:
· Maintains the cross functional risk management program for the site. To include Quality, EH&S, Operations, and strategic risk management initiatives - Accountable for implementation of the Quality, EH&S, and Operations risk management programs.
· Facilitates the risk management governance team – providing risk activity review, prioritization, and risk program support, Supports the development of the site risk management plan (forward looking risk initiatives).
· Support the development and execution of the risk management communication plan.
· Reviews all submitted risk identification forms for accuracy. Determines if the risk meets the basic criteria required to enter it into the risk portfolio.
· Manages all reporting and documentation needed to support Risk Management governance.
To get hired at QUALITY CONSUTING GROUP, you MUST be:
· knowledge in risk assessment tools like FMEA, PrHA, Root Cause analysis, Fault Tree Analysis and others.
· Facilitation and execution experience.
· Experience in assessing risks for construction projects/ activities.
· Operational risks’ knowledge.
· Project Management knowledge/execution.
· Knowledge in Business Impact Analysis is a differentiator.
· Experience/participation in Table Top exercises.
