Route Coordinator

Full Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure daily route coverage.
Create and update route sheets.
Update route database with new activity.
Regulate amount of time-off requests per day.
Gather and file all route documentation.

Fulfill requested confirmations, route sheets, etc. for the customer.
Print out route check-in sheet for dispatch each night.
Complete the route coverage sheet for the following day.
Assist with orientation of new owner operators.

Identify new drivers with experience to manage routes.
assist drivers with situations may arise while on route.

Requirments:
BBA or BS
At least 2 years of similar experience
Proficient in Word, Excel and Computer Systems.
Experience in JD Edwards is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
