General Description

Assist the Mortgage Consultant and /or Sales Executive in all the procedures related to the origination of mortgage loans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support in the achievement of the conversion of mortgage loans and in achieving the goal of sent requests in or before 4 days. Prepare pre-qualification Letters. In the originating loan files indexing correctly and completing documents. To answer calls and to attend situations personally with customers. Will contact customer and provide follow up of the documents. Maintain effective communication among work units.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Management or Marketing
Experience

One (1) to three (3) years in mortgage banking or related fields.

Other Qualifications

Knowledge in administration and management of documents.

Skills in planning and working with priorities.

Excellent customer service.

Speed in execution of duties and attention to details.

Demonstrate accountability and professional ethics, like being very confidential.

Knowledge in MS Office programs like: Word, Excel and others necessary to perform job functions.

Knowledge and good use of the English and Spanish language in its written and oral form.
