Sales Assistant

At GM Sectec, we are the fastest growing security and technology provider in Latin America and the Caribbean, we looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Sales and Marketing team. The selected resource will work full-time with the following responsibilities: • Assist Executives in handling their calendar, meetings and special projects• Prioritize work on hand• Prepare official documents (templates) in Spanish and English• Proof read official documents (templates) in Spanish and English• Find/distribute Public and Private Bid information in newspapers daily• Aware of technologies in GMST's sales book• Understanding Monday software and assist in preparing summary tables and reports to Executives• Attend Sales Meetings• Support in assessments of opportunity• Weekly 1-1s with team leader• Goals commitmentRequisitos:Bilingual – Spanish and English. Good communication with Sales Team members Knowledge of technologies in GMST's sales book (understand offerings) Clear calendar visibility to ManagementAbove the Line attitudePromote team work!
