Requisitos:
*Responsible for handling intro calls of veterans and providing a positive experience for them.
*Follow up on important documents needed
*Track cases to strategy department
*Assists in other functions as needed

Required Skills and Competencies:

*Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
*Understanding of company products, services, and policies
*Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF; especially with CRM software.
*Strong time management and decision-making skills
*Adaptability and accountability.

Salary: $9.00 p/h
