Sales Representative / Yacht Broker

Job Description Start the NEW Year with an exciting NEW Sales Career as a Yacht Broker Business is Booming Edwards Yacht Sales had a record 2016 with 30% sales growth and 2017 is poised to be even stronger. We are aggressively growing our team to keep up with the strong demand for boat sales. We are looking for both experienced yacht brokers as well as motivated sales professionals with a passion for boating to join our team in Puerto Rico. Yacht broker experience is PREFERRED, but we have an in-depth sales training program for the right motivated individuals. Edwards Yacht Sales offers a competitive commission split, strong back-office support, no office hours and collegial atmosphere among our brokers which is not case with many of our competitors. This position is for an independent contractor and is 100% commission based. You will need to have your own transportation, smartphone or digital camera, and a computer. For those who are not already licensed, you will need to obtain a Florida Yacht Brokers license which we can assist with. For individuals that are new to the industry, generally a ramp-up period of 2-6 months can be expected in order to build-up listings and generate your first commission. That said, within a year or two if the proper level of commitment and drive is given your commissions have the potential be in excess of $100k annually.
