Sales Specialist (Full Time)

DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a talented and passionate Sales Specialist, to help us expand our customer reach. Leveraging your scientific background and product knowledge, you will implement a strategic sales plan to create greater awareness for the company's product solutions, through growing and maintaining relationships with customers.Requisitos:SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE: • Maintain and expand customer base using a field visit consultative sales approach. • Proactively identify, maintain, and grow product revenue within the Puerto Rico market, to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Actively seek and establish relationships with ObGyn, GI's, Urologist, HemaOnco and other physicians with the goal of raising product awareness. • Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and expand sales potential. • Participate in health shows, customer visits, and customer seminars, as needed. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:• At least Bachelor's Degree (preferably in sciences related field).• 3-5 years in sales, preferably in health industry.• Strong scientific technical background - capable of learning and effectively communicating technical and scientific information. • Proven record in bringing in new business.• Superior customer service, oral/written communication skills, and negotiation skills
