Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;

Strong technical acumen and ability to lead a development team and/or project.
:
Working closely with business stakeholders, lead engineers, product managers and analysts to design solutions through the full life cycle from conception to market.
:
Demonstrating thought leadership by leveraging SFDC solutions combined with industry standards, and have a passion for best practices (approach, SDLC methodologies, DevOps).
:
Comfortable talking about technical things with business people and business things with technical people; able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.
:
Comfortable leading without line authority :able to lead small development teams with project resources that report elsewhere.
:
Responsible for architecting solutions for each of the functional areas within their respective domain(s) or business horizontal(s).
:
Responsible for understanding dependencies between technology platforms and product(s) required to deliver a specified business solution.
Additional Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
:
Works closely with partners inside and outside IT and across business communities in assessing technology requirements and identifying potential technology solutions, always assessing existing technology investments as a first step.
:
Participates in cross:functional teams for developing and implementing new processes, standards and high:level requirements. Works in conjunction with applications, security, legal, compliance, operations, engineering and other areas, as necessary.
:
Designs, develops, modifies and adapts short and long:term solutions to information technology (IT) assessing new and existing applications and systems architecture.
:
Applies business expertise to business problems to create high level application and end user system requirements.
:
Contributes to the creation of business:driven technology roadmaps.
Minimum Education 13;
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related fields
Experience 13;
:
5+ years hands:on experience with SFDC solutions, including the Lightning experience.
:
3+ years of architecture and design of complex applications, including Enterprise Applications.
:
5+ years of serving in client facing roles.
:
Experience leading innovation through Design Thinking methodologies.
:
Experienced in architecting and implementing a large scale complex SFDC project.
