Sap Specialist

Descripción del Empleo:
The SAP Specialist’s Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to act as the local support for all PD IT and local applications operations; to act as liaison to central application service PD IT applications, liaison with suppliers of local installation in relation to service management requests (in accordance with central application operations; operate and maintain a central ticketing system; support for application monitoring and calculation of KPls; maintain the equipment documentation and knowledge based system updated; provide when and as required access management to standard PD applications; support in the creation of documents for conceptual design of new developments changes request; represent and support local user in the creation of testing scenarios for application operations related projects; support in the creation of documents; among other tasks.
Requisitos:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in end-user support and in application operation and service management. Knowledge of intra-company process and relationships at PD WD. IT skills (SAP ECC 6.0, Java EE, MS – Office, Oracle 11, SQL, Linux, system development life cycle (SDLC)). Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Have a good analytical skill and conceptual skills. Availability to work extended shifts, night shifts and/ or weekend as required by the business. Able to work efficiently under pressure, multitask and prioritise. Self-motivated, confident and methodical. Able to work independently as well as having excellent team spirit. Able to travel abroad.
