It is responsible for detection of possible fraudulent/suspicious account activity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;

Process the On:Us check review of in:clearing items through our fraud detection system (Carreker). Processes all large dollar verifications per manager instructions. Processes/assists with all forgery claims. Processes large dollar returns (EARNS). Conducts Deposit Fraud/Kiting research as required/requested. Monitor suspicious transactions related to credit and debit cards. Manage compromised card alerts for debit and credit cards. Analyze IRS and ACH direct deposits. Handles customer service calls directly as required. Assists with training new team members.

Minimum Education 13;

+ 60 Bachelors degree credits approved in Business Administration 13;
13;

Experience 13;

One (1) to three (3) years previous banking operations or customer service experience.

Work Schedule 13;

:Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. and Monday from 8:00a.m. to 12:00 p. m.
:Sunday and Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
:Thursday to Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with Tuesday and Wendnesday free. 13;

Other Qualifications 13;

:Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills and telephone etiquette.
:PC skills including knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
:Detail oriented with analytical skills.
:Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. 13;
