Service Technician

The Service Technician has the duty to assist customers with the calibration, repair, maintenance of the Lighthouse World Wide Solutions equipment. He will also be responsible for installation, implementation and support of all Global Vision products. He will be responsible to troubleshoot customer issues onsite, via telephone/WebEx and remote desktop control. He may be called upon to assist with training and/or testing from any of the product lines
Requisitos:
(Diploma) from a recognized technology program (Instrumentation, Controls and/or Engineering associate, electronic technician, or Information Technology technical course)
1-5 years relevant Instrumentist, electronics or IT experience.
1-2 years client facing experience (Customer sites)
Strong technical service skills are required with a well-developed understanding of tools, computers and software. e. IT skills, Web Based and Cytrix deployments
Desire knowledge of customer relationship management software. e. SalesForce, Zendesk, remote desktop, and MS Office.
Excellent mastery of written and spoken English and Spanish.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and USA passport.
