Software Developer

Descripción del Empleo:
GENERAL OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Software Developer responsible for the development, design and implementation of new or modified software products or ongoing business projects. The Software Developer will be involved ensuring software project meets requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs
• Testing and evaluating new programs
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing
these modifications
• Writing and implementing efficient code
• Determining operational practicality
• Developing quality assurance procedures
• Deploying software tools, processes and metrics
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Training users
Requisitos:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: • Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies
• The ability to communicate complex procedures
• Commercial and business awareness
• Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Computer science or engineering degree preferred, however, not required a degree
• 3-5 of years of experience and solid knowledge working with Javascript / Node/
VueJS/ HTML/CSS
• Ability to write/develop queries using SQL (at least at intermediate level)
• Experience working with REST API's
