Software Support Technician

Spectraforce Technologies is a leader of Staffing Services for companies worldwide. We are looking for a Software Support Technician for Aguadilla, P.R. The candidate will be responsible to initialize product data for new software versions in supply chain for electronic delivery to support customers. Establish a relationship with software business units and consult with them on their product structures to enable them to meet their business objectives, and then work as a member of an internal supply chain team to set up the supply chain for delivery. Coordinate with marketing, lab, and documentation author to plan product changes. Check systems to ensure products are set up consistently. Configure software product structures into supply chain delivery systems.
Requisitos:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Candidate must be a Recent graduate: Degree completed in the last 12 months or anytime soon.
Strong English language skills both written and verbal.
Software or service delivery management experience.
Knowledge of software support and electronic delivery processes.
Knowledge of order fulfillment and product structures.
