- Digital Manufacturing Transformation organization implements and customizes iBASEt, Solumina solutions for our clients. The candidate selected for this position will work with a manufacturing engineer defining the requirements of the MES solutions and implementing those customizations on a JAVA platform to meet the needs of the client. Essential Job Functions Will work with a manufacturing engineer to define the requirements of the MES solutions. Will customized the MES solution on a Java platform to the need of the client. Supports business design activities related to application software, data and packaged solutions (Business). Analyzes requirements and develops high-level and detailed business process designs to the elementary business process (EBP) level and derived logical process (DLP) level (Business). Coordinates acceptance testing and creates high complexity test scripts for the business area that contain multiple cases and cycles (Business). Contributes to applying the Catalyst framework, in the role played, to determine the methodological steps that are appropriate for an engagement (Methodology). Designs and reviews design for the user system interface (USI) for business applications (Technical). Establishes credibility at all levels with clients and builds problem-solving partnerships with clients and colleagues (Relationship Management). Understands sales process, information and support requirements, and assists sales staff in identifying leads (Leverage). Communicates in formal presentation settings including medium sized groups, internal and external project teams and business unit events; develops written communications to address varied styles and information needs (Communication). Basic Qualifications Strong Java programing knowledge with min 3 years of Java,.NET industry programing experience Experience with SQL queries (PL/SQL), other SQL query language to extract data against a relational database. Strong programing skills One year of Solumina experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering electrical engineering, Manufacturing engineering or related field preferred Must be a US citizen or green card holder. Defense contractor experience a plus Three or more years of experience in business analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment a plus.
