AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL:(The day-to-day on the job)

Ensure quality of complaint records
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to plan and coordinate the plan for closure of records
Apply analytical skills and product knowledge to evaluate complex situations using multiple sources of information
Maintain compliance with local and global processes
Execute regulatory and SOP requirements
Anticipate and prevent potential issues with regulators
Provide guidance and technical advice
Evaluate subject matter expert assessments
Escalate potential Quality issues to Management
Quickly escalate issues that could impede the ability to close records according to action plans
