Sr. Associate Manufacturing Systems

Job Description Sr Associate Manufacturing Systems with w orking knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes. B ackground in programming, installation of manufacturing process controls, automation and field instrumentation technologies. Familiarity with validation processes and documentation in a highly regulated environment. Skills in the following areas:  Rockwell Automation Platform and Allen-Bradley PLCs Rockwell Automation Factory Talk & ControlLogix PLC Platform Rockwell SLC500 PLC families Controllers Rockwell Automation FTView SE and FTBatch systems DeviceNet technologies Programming language (e.g. VBA, SQL)  Serialization process Knowledge in robot or robot programming Knowledge in vision system technology Problem solving and root cause analysis  Technical report writing Technical presentations Work schedule flexibility to support 24/7 operations ( shift: 5:00 am to 5:30 pm or 5:00pm to 5:30 am included alternate weekend). Requirements Master or Bachelor degree and 2 years of Engineering experience or Associate degree and 6 years of Engineering experience  Bilingual (English/Spanish) (Write/Speak) Personnel Organization Dealing with and managing change Analytical Problem Solving Computer Literacy Work schedule flexibility to support 24/7 operations ( shift: 5:00 am to 5:30 pm or 5:00pm to 5:30 am included alternate weekend).
