Sr Engineer

Descripción del Empleo:
Independently provides and/or directs the characterization of process optimization strategies and/or troubleshooting of operational issues in the operations, manufacturing, pilot plant or capital projects environment. Applies advanced and diverse engineering principles to the design and implementation of major system modifications, experiments, process and/or capital projects. Develops, organizes, analyzes and presents interpretation of results for operational issues or engineering projects of significant scope and complexity
Requisitos:
Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & 2 years of Engineering experience

Ability to manage, development, implementation, and adherence to processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, emotional intelligence, and decision maker.
Able to work under pressure.
Good organization skills and team worker.
Proficient in the preparation and execution of technical documents (protocols, reports, etc.)
Fully Bilingual.
Knowledge in packaging equipment (labeler, cartoner, checkweighers, serialization, vision systems)
Experience in Technology Transfer in the area of automatic visual inspection and packaging processes.
Provides technical support during validation, training to technicians and/or troubleshooting.
