As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for masterminding, outlining and developing IT projects. Design project goals and success markers determine how success will be measured and tracked. Ensure the project remains on time and on budget and help motivate team members to hit their goals. Project Managers also act as a liaison between the project team and upper level management. They prepare and present progress reports and ensure the project is furthering organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business administrator, Computer Science, Technology or related field
- 5+ years of demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- 5+ years of experience working in a high-level IT environment
- Experience promoting teamwork mentality
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
- Managerial experience applying analytical thinking
- Experience establishing guidelines
- Proficiency with MS Suite
- Available to work (40 hours/week) Monday- Friday. Flexible to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am to 5:00pm AST) It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualification:
- Healthcare industry experience
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition
- Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
