This resource will manage all training activities related to implementation; ensuring trainings are well-planned, well-executed, carefully communicated, effectively measured, and their sustainment planned for. This position will report to the Senior Director, BLT Implementation & Sustainability.Experience and EducationRequired4-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR equivalent years of relevant work experience5+ years experience in hospitality, lodging, or other relevant areaStrong consulting skills and ability to interface with Senior business leadersStrong program and/or project management skillsExperience in training, development, and implementationExperience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPointAbility to travel up to 60% of the timePreferred:Prior experience with BLT and 4DX/Covey SoftwareAbility to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with team members, internal stakeholders, and external constituents; ability to influence change through these relationshipsExperience in change and learning managementDemonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed structure and delivering against the objectives of assignments to meet time, budget, and quality criteria.Multi-lingual proficiency in English and SpanishExcellent listening and documentation skillsSolid organizational and analytical skills for planning, coordinating and monitoring implementationsAbility to identify and recommend approaches to addressing risks in a positive mannerAbility to consistently negotiate a "win-win" outcomeInnovative thinker and agile learner; able to readily apply past and new learnings to generate solutions to Covey 4DX challenges and/or create new solutionsLeverages and promotes diversity in approach to getting work doneCORE WORK ACTIVITIESLeads action planning and provides recommendations based on data from 4DX checklist in order to address gapsPartners with Senior Director to ensure alignment in consistency across Brand, Continent, and Market Initiatives to pull through in course contentPartners with Area Director of Operations/Regional Senior Directors (ADOPs/RSDs) and General Managers (GMs) to facilitate alignment and development in communication deliverables, while focusing on the annual and ongoing prioritization of initiatives.Identifies trends, successes, and areas of need or opportunity. Provides recommendations for alternative solutions.Leads executive coaching sessions with property leadership and identify gaps for ADOPs/RSDsDrives multiple priorities and aligns to accountable resources goals and objectives, can be implemented and sustained in the Market, and completed within the parameters of agreed upon project scopeIdentifies gaps and documents trends in training processes and develops strategies to improve both training implementation tools and processes and team performanceDrives multiple priorities and algins to accountable resources goals and objectives, can be implemented and sustained in the Market and completed within the parameters of agreed upon project scopeManages standard training implementation and sustainment and reflects change management methodologies (with goal of making implementations as effective as possible)Collaborates and consults with Franklin Covey Senior Leaders, Area Vice Presidents (AVPs), and ADOPs/RSDs, and hotel stakeholders to capture feedback, resolve issues, and facilitate cross-group discussions and incorporate that information into implementationsExecutes training with leadership, lead reporting, evaluations, and needs analysisManages appropriate utilization of trainings while managing costs and supporting business objectivesMonitors and manages the implementation process of properties; In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
