Bilingual: (Spanish and English) Shift: Administrative and according to business needs Strict attention to detail and superb analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship, and negotiation skills Excellent computer skills in MS Office Suite required; integrated systems preferred. Are you ready to take on this new challenge? AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Coordinate and manage the job of assigned team members. Perform month end closing activities. Review, analyze and monthly report manufacturing variances (Material, Spending, Labor) and/or budget vs actual spending variances). Gather financial data (e.g., scrap, volume, labor costs) and analyze it to identify major contributors to variances. Assist with the forecasting, annual operating plan (AOP) and Strat Plan. Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations for assigned areas. Support general and cost accounting reports creation (e.g., Volume/Absorption, Labor Hours). Identify areas of improvement and propose recommendations to management. Business partnering with manufacturing and support areas. Facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement projects (e.g., automation, waste elimination). Interface with internal/external partners to respond to inquiries for assigned areas.
