Sr Quality Engineering Manager

Lead the HOS & Quality organization at the Aguadilla & Moca Puerto Rico sites that applies its expertise and knowledge in providing a multitude of technical services for Honeywell business units. You will lead the strategic direction and initiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System and continuous improvement in business processes utilizing HOS principles Be the strategic leader for the Quality organization by establishing team direction, schedules, and key objectives Balance business needs, aggressive timelines, and functional goals in Quality Engineering Develop and coordinate a team that delivers quality and process improvements YOU MUST HAVE Minimum 5 years Quality Engineering experience Experience is Quality Systems such as AS9100, ISO9001 Lean Manufacturing Experience Bachelors Degree in engineering or related technical field WE VALUE Experience implementing Quality Management systems Ability to collaborate effectively with customers & business partners Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to focus priorities to best impact quality metrics Significant experience in leading technical teams Multisite leadership experience Lean Expert or Lean Master certification Six Sigma Blackbelt or Greenbelt Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
