Store Coordinator (Position # Omm-2018-05)

Descripción del Empleo:
The Store Coordinator Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to planning and coordinate the daily tasks in the store; performance monitoring of the team members; give support and guidance related to the job; coordinate cycle counts of the materials; liaise with Central OMM Team; run and maintain daily reports; liaise with Production and all internal department; prepare and / or follow-up handover of duties between shift change and weekends; support and train new employees; distribute workload between the team members; assist during customers visit and / or audits, among other tasks.
Requisitos:
Have an Associate degree is required. Minimum 3 years of experience. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Have a good technical and mechanical understanding. Understanding of problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques. Have a good analytical skill. Availability to work extended shifts, night shifts and/ or weekend as required by the business. Able to work efficiently under pressure, multitask and prioritize. Self-motivated, confident, methodical, and proactive. Able to work independently as well as having excellent team spirit. Only qualified candidates will be evaluated.
