DESCRIPCION GENERAL DEL PUESTO: El incumbente será responsable de crear un ambiente de equipo inspirador con una cultura de comunicación abierta. Establecerá metas claras para el equipo de trabajo, delegará tareas estableciendo plazos concretos según el área que corresponda. Se asegurará los procedimientos se ejecuten logrando calidad y cumplimiento.
