This position is for a Systems Integration Analyst, Asc. working for Lockheed Martin Enterprise IT, Corporate Information Security. The Systems Integration Analyst, Asc. will be working on the Identity and Access Management team supporting the Access Provisioning Service. Tasks include fulfilling remote access workflow requests, shipping SecurID tokens used for two-factor authentication, and troubleshooting end user access issues. The Systems Integration Analyst, Asc. will work with business areas to manage restricted profiles and execute batch requests for managing account changes. Responsibilities include maintaining access per corporate policies associated with inactivity and employee status changes. The Systems Integration Analyst, Asc. will follow and maintain standard operating instructions and respond with audit evidence when requested. This role will be accountable for supplying requirements to enhance the access request lifecycle and review changes delivered to the Access Management system.
Basic Qualifications:
Understanding of Two Factor Authentication
Knowledge of access management lifecycle processes
Working knowledge of Request Management systems
Demonstrated customer service experience
Ability to contribute on a fast-paced virtual team, strong team skills
