You'll be a fit for this job if you have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
4 + years of Sourcing experience required.
Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish combined with organizational skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
Prior experience in Human Resources / staffing.
In this position you'll:
In this hands-on role, you will deliver the full-cycle of recruiting services to our hiring managers, concentrate on technical (Engineering, Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality, Supply Chain) and other key open roles.
You will be instrumental in attracting and retaining high caliber professionals through your delivery of a stellar recruiting service aligned to talent needs.
We are seeking a self-starter with a passion for innovative solutions, proven experience sourcing and closing candidates, and enthusiasm for building a memorable candidate experience that aligns with our mission and culture.
To get hired at QUALITY CONSUTING GROUP, you MUST be:
Strong working knowledge of HR Recruiting Platforms preferable Workday.
Demonstrable experience delivering results by driving innovation and exhibiting your expertise to influence talent decisions.
Demonstrable track record of building strong pipelines and closing high-quality candidates.
Experience supporting large organization / customer base.
Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish combined with organizational skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
Strong social skills with high level of maturity.
Passionate about rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to get the job done in a face-paced environment.
Able to work collaboratively across company and with candidates.
Experience with a wide variety of systems and tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
