Talent Acquisition Manager

Master’s degree and 2 experience or Bachelor’s degree and 4 experience. * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or another Liberal Arts major
4+ years’ prior experience performing full recruiting cycle
Strong working knowledge of HR Recruiting Platforms preferable Workday
Demonstrable experience delivering results by driving innovation and exhibiting your expertise to influence talent decisions
Demonstrable track record of building strong pipelines and closing high-quality candidates
Experience supporting large organization / customer base
Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish combined with organizational skills and cross-cultural sensitivity
Strong social skills with high level of maturity
Passionate about rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to get the job done in a face-paced environment
Able to work collaboratively across company and with candidates
Experience with a wide variety of systems and tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
