Experience in Pharmaceutical/consumer is highly preferred. Adaptable to business culture, stress management ability, early career (summer/intern worker) experience, multitasking, politically skilled, mentoring skills to support new employees, creative, organized and MS office advance knowledge.
Experience preferred but not required in Taleo, Recruitment systems.
Requisitos:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration or Psychology
4-6 years’ experience as HR Generalist, recruitment, candidate must be fully bilingual, people oriented, with excellent communications skills. Understand, read and document English language, because all documentation are in English language fully Computer knowledge.
